Fiore & Troisi

Our Fiore & Troisi brand is more than just a line of products or a logo. It identifies and selects foods that come from a little-known region of central Italy called the Sannio. The Sannio, or Samnium (Oscan Safinim), is a region of the south central Italian Apennines that was home to the ancient Samnites, a group of Sabellic tribes that controlled the area from about 600 BC to about 290 BC.

It is also the birthplace and home of the founders of this particular brand.

The products are ancient indeed, with distinctive taste and an historical character which derives from a culture with timeless culinary traditions.

Fiore & Troisi puts a high level of passion and constancy into the selection of the traditional Italian foods coming from specialty suppliers who produce in limited quantities. This is who we are and what we have done in the past and what we will always strive for in the future.

We live in a world where the boundaries of right and wrong are often blurred, where the dissemination of mass-produced fast food in chain stores is the norm and where ineffectual health and meager environmental policies often support poor choices.
